2. Overall Aims of the Course
This course is designed toprovide students with tools to be able to design mass transfer equipment.

a1- Define fundamentals of Mass Transfer Modes and Mass Transfer Driving Force.

a5- DescribeConvective Mass-Transfer Correlations b- Intellectual Skills(𝑩𝟏𝑩𝟒)
Upon completing this course, the student should be able to:
b1- Analyze the boundary layer and Convective Mass Transfer b2- Specify the optimum number of stages.
b3Assess the differences among cascades types.
