Harrison Ford, born in 1942, is a phenomenally successful actor who gained worldwide fame thanks to his starring roles of Han Solo in Star Wars and Indiana Jones in Raiders of the Lost Ark. Amazingly, early in his career, Hollywood executives did not think much
of him. Ford would prove them wrong and soon break out of the mold of an action star to impress audiences with more
dramatic roles in movies like Witness and The Mosquito Coast. To date, his films have grossed nearly 10 billion dollars worldwide, making him one of the most bankable actors on the silver screen.

People loved radium so much that the word was added to the names of product that did not even have radium, like “Radium Brand Creamery Butter” and women’s
“radium silk lingerie.” By 1925, the radioactive radium was linked to both poisoning and cancer, finally ending the bizarre national craze.
