Religious Education Program

It’s time to register for religious education’s 2018-19 academic year. Please take the time to register now so that we may plan for next year’s classes appropriately during the summer. Our session classes are held on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (levels 1, 2, 7 & 8, RCIA in English from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. & RCIA in Spanish from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.) Religious Education Classes will be held on Sundays as well. Our first ses-sion will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (levels 1, 2, 7, & 8). Our second session will be held on Sun-day from 4:00 p.m. to 5:25 p.m. (Good Shepherd (Kindergarten) levels 1, 2, 6, 7, 8) RCIA in English will be held from 12:30 pm to 1:30 p.m. at the Cate-chetical Center (15 Webster Ave.) If you would like to register your child and have not received the materials, please call at St. Peter’s rectory at (718)727-2672 (English-Spanish) or with Mrs. Magdalena Centeno at (718) 447-1290 or pick up the registration materials in the rectory.

Special Needs Program. If you or someone you

know has a special needs child, and would like to en-roll them in the program. Our Special Needs Class is held on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the Catechetical Center (15 Webster Ave.) Please call the parish office 718-447-6362 or (718) 727-2672 (English-Spanish) for more information.

Food Drive

The Msgr. James J. Dorney Council, Knights of

Columbus is sponsoring a summer food drive to

supplement our parish pantry. The drive will last

36 days. It would be great if everyone would bring

one item for each day of the drive and place them

in the receptacles in the rear of the church.
